2. Description of Service

not.bot is a digital identity verification service that allows users to create cryptographic proofs of their identity. The Service includes the not.bot mobile application and related web services.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Names are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis
  • We reserve the right to reclaim names that violate our policies
  • Names may not infringe on trademarks or intellectual property
  • Reserved names require an active subscription to maintain

6. Subscriptions and Payments

Some features require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate billing information
  • Authorize recurring charges for your subscription
  • Accept that subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Julia Social, Inc. and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, JULIA SOCIAL, INC. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
